As we move through the organisation into new leadership roles, new behaviours are required - maybe its to spend more time on the strategic domain of leadership, to create more focus and prioritise, to empower others and ‘let go’ or to enhance resilience to cope with the increasingly complex and fast pace of change. We work with our clients one on one to fully clarify what they want to be different and to implement an action plan to achieve it. 



The first 60 days in a new role or system are crucial to success.  We work with senior lateral hires before and after they onboard to ensure they are set up for success from the outset and to mitigate the risks of moving into a new culture and system, particularly as change agents.

Absorbing pressure and transmitting clarity are core elements of great leadership.  Before Covid health problems such as anxiety, stress and depression were widespread and have intensified since the crisis. The costs of poor mental health in the workplace are real and pervasive.  We work with our clients to embed the mental processes to help them lead themselves and others through a constantly changing and uncertain environment.

Supporting leaders in finding their own authentic leadership style and voice to increase their own and others effectiveness is a key theme we have worked with over the last ten years.  Whether it’s with their teams, the board, executive peers or with external stakeholders and clients, finding their authentic stye and voice is key to performance at a senior level.

We design custom programmes for small groups of leaders.  Peer to peer coaching and learning is highly impactful.  We support leaders to grow through the power of shared learning and shared experiences and live business challenges.
