BUSINESS PULSE CHECK

Much like an annual health check either tells us we are in rude health or need an intervention to prevent illness, a business pulse check assesses how healthy the organisation is and identifies the key blockages to performance.

We hold confidential one-on-one conversations with a range of people across the business to get their feedback and identify the business strengths and the key blockers to performance.

The benefit of these conversations is not only to unearth what may sit inside people’s, heads but also to ensure others feel listened to and valued for their feedback.

Once we have completed the pulse check, we share the key insights with the CEO and recommend bespoke interventions to address the blockages to performance.

Our questions provoke around the 3 domains of an organisation - the strategic, the operational and the human.

What’s not working so well as yet?

Where are the risks? Where are the opportunities?

What are the strategic priorities to deliver the strategy?

What about the strategy motivates you?

Rate the trust level in the team? What would take that higher?
