Barbara spent circa ten years at Goldman Sachs London where she was Head of Global Equities. At Goldman she led the business to a number one rank across the industry. She has a proven track record in building, leading and working with high performing teams and has experienced the systemic demands of fast-paced results driven organisations.  Barbara has spent over 20 years living in London, New York and Sydney and she brings this invaluable cross-cultural perspective to her work.
